Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Seasoned Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Granulated Onion, Carolina Reaper Powder, Guar Gum, Oregano, Thyme
This seasoning is a 100% Aidan creation. We were working on a couple of products for a new wing restaurant in The Colony (we made a killer sour cream and onion dry rub too!), and one of them was intended to be a spicy cajun dry rub. Aidan came up with the original version of this flavor, which is what is on the menu at Aviators. When we decided to expand our own lineup of seasonings, we had to keep this one in the mix. But, we kicked it up a notch. We decided that instead of having all ghost pepper seasonings, as we did previously, we were going to scale them. So the Ghost Cajun got bumped to the top of the food chain, and became Cajun Death by swapping out the ghost peppers for carolina reapers… Holy shit, we basically pepper sprayed ourselves when mixing this up. Tread lightly, and that is not a joke… this seasoning is VERY hot.
