Burger Bomb came about initially as a private label job for a local restaurant. We make a few seasonings and sauces for this spot, and they had asked us to recreate a burger seasoning they had on hand, but didn’t know what was in it. We knocked out a bunch of versions trying to nail it down, and eventually succeeded. When adapting this one for our own line up, we added the Chipotle Pepper Powder, because it’s not a Poor Vida product without at least a little heat. Want to make the best burger you’ve ever tried? Make your burger patties (1/3 to 1/2 lb each) unseasoned. Be sure not to press or squeeze the meat too much – overworking leads to super dense burgers. Once you have your patties formed, hit them on both sides with worcestershire sauce and a liberal coating of Burger Bomb. Toss them on the grill (or pan) and cook til medium / merdium rare. Let’s Go!
