Brown Sugar, Smoked Paprika, Black Pepper, Granulated Garlic, Cumin, Habanero Pepper Powder, Granulated Onion, Guar Gum
So we had our first seasoning ready to go, but I hate to not offer an alternate. Black Phantasma was a killer black pepper based, beef style rub. Let’s make a complement was the thought… So we played around with sweetness instead of peppery. Brown sugar to caramelize, paprika for the earthiness, expand the profile out a bit… man, this shit’s excellent on BBQ chicken! OK, we got it – it started as Sweet Meat. Somewhere along the way we realized that most of our marketing was for vegan friendly products, but our seasonings, even though they were themselves vegan friendly, pointed towards smoking meats. And while our spices will do a bang up job there, we decided to change the naming scheme to be a bit more inclusive. Sweet Heat is a sweet and spicy seasoning blend that will make all kinds of food sparkle, from roasted veggies to BBQ.

Went really amazing on chicken with a salt base. Very authentic traditional flavors with a bit of spice. Would recommend! Can’t wait to try it on beef next.
