Mixtape Hot Sauce – Peanut Butter We Jam

White Wine Vinegar, Anaheim Peppers, Water, Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Raspberries, White Sugar, Olive Oil, Peanut Powder, Sea Salt, Cayenne Pepper, Brown Sugar, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Xanthan Gum
So the lineup from The Southern Elements Tour was sauced out, but there was this new project that didn’t exist back in 2010, and the built in branding was too good to pass up. Grades Of Absolute Truth and Jackrabbit James had formed a super group, The BARNyartists, and they had this song (check out the video below) called Peanut Butter We Jam. I had to make an attempt. This sauce is a departure from the typical hot sauce flavors you come across. It’s sweet. It’s tangy. It’s Peanut Buttery… We used a modified version of the Two album cover, aimed for a red sauce to match the artwork, and knocked it out the park with Peanut Butter We Jam.

This one is pretty low heat for me, but it makes an amazing mild wing sauce. It also adds a lot of flavor to Pad Thai or other peanut sauce dishes.
