Welcome to the Oops series! I hope I never have to add another product here. But we’re there right now, so hang on to your hats and grab some cheap hot sauces! The Oops series is for the rare occasion we fuck up a recipe in the kitchen, but happen to find that what we wound up with is something brand new that stands all on it’s own. This (the first) iteration, we were cooking MC Astro’s Blueberry Mustard at the kitchen, and we realized after we were already 20 bottles into filling that the blueberries were still in the wash sink. We just forgot them entirely. So we tossed the rest of the batch, but then decided we should probably try the product we already filled… and it was GOOD!. This Oops Hot Sauce tastes much more traditionally like a mustard. Its missing the extra sweetness from the blueberries, and winds up being much more earthy. We felt it could stand on it’s own, so we started the Oops series. Maybe there will never be another product in this category, but either way, we’re gonna let these go basically at cost, and you can let us know what you think! Try them both!
